DIPLOMA PROGRAMS

Whether you want to be a great cook or a professional chef, Liaison College has a place for you. Be ready for your new career n as little as 15 weeks. Our 300 hour Basic and Advanced diploma programs have frequent start up dates. We are licensed AND operate under the regulatory authority of the Private Vocational Schools Act and the Ministry of Education and Training in the Province of Ontario.

	Cook Advanced - Level II: Learn advanced cooking techniques and restaurant management.
	Personal Chef Diploma: In just five weeks, we'll help you become a personal chef running your own business.
	Chef de Cuisine Learn both the fundamentals of cooking and the advanced techniques of professional chefs. This program is eligible for Second Career training.
	Specialist Chef Learn the fundamentals of cooking and combine it with what you need to know to become a professional personal chef. This program is eligible for Second Career funding.
	Culinary Management Learn both the fundamentals of cooking and the advanced techniques of professional chefs. Then combine it with what you need to know to become a professional personal chef. This program is eligible for Second Career funding.
